The greatest surfers in world took over the greatest surfing contest venue in the world, the Huntington Beach Pier, last week for the 2009 Hurley US Open of Surfing. With a massive summer swell pounding Surf City, most rides during the quarter finals were limited as 10-foot waves were closing out the beachbreak.
